What TERM checks.
- Observed charges
Vendor, amount, date, and category from your connected books.
- Estimated next charge
Repeat purchases suggest when another charge may arrive.
- Your decision
Review the history and record your next step.
Charge estimates are not verified contract dates. Check vendor terms before cancelling.
The history behind each decision.
Your books stay your books.
QuickBooks stays your accounting system. TERM helps you review the spending.
Read-only
TERM has no write path to QuickBooks. Reviews are saved in TERM; your ledger stays unchanged.
Decisions wait for you
You review each suggestion. TERM cannot cancel subscriptions for you.

How integrations workQuestions before you connect.
Does TERM replace QuickBooks?
No. QuickBooks remains your accounting system. TERM reads purchase history and helps you review recurring spending without changing your ledger.
Can TERM change my books on its own?
No. Category reviews and decisions are saved in TERM only. TERM cannot write to your QuickBooks ledger or cancel subscriptions.
What QuickBooks access does TERM need?
QuickBooks asks you to approve accounting access. That permission is broader than TERM needs: TERM only reads your company profile and purchases. You can revoke access in QuickBooks at any time. The security page explains the permission in detail.
How does TERM find recurring spend?
TERM compares vendors, amounts, and purchase dates to find repeat charges. The next charge date is an estimate, not a verified contract renewal. Check vendor terms before cancelling.

Do I need to connect a mailbox or Slack?
No. QuickBooks alone is enough. Gmail, Outlook, and Slack are optional, and they exist to catch renewal notices and price changes that never reach the books.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly and start when you check out. There is no trial period. You are charged for the first month at signup.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, so you keep access until then.
Do I get a refund if I cancel mid-month?
Payments already made are not refunded for partial months, except where the law requires it. You keep full access for the rest of the period.
